How it works
Each service works in four steps.
Step 1: Send photos
Use the form to send photos of your items and your address.
Step 2: Get a price
We look at the photos and send you an estimate.
Step 3: Pick a date
We agree on a day and time that suit you.
Step 4: Pickup day
We come to your home and carry everything out.

We pick up and deliver across Kyoto, Osaka and Shiga. Moving help is for moves to or from Kyoto.

Is pickup free?
It depends on the items and how many there are. Furniture and appliances we can resell may be picked up for free, or we may buy them. Send us photos and we will give you an estimate.
Which areas do you cover?
Kyoto, Osaka and Shiga prefectures. See the Service areas page for the main cities. If you are somewhere else, please ask us.
Can I see an item before I buy it?
Yes. If you pick it up at our shop, you can check it before you pay. Message us on chat to choose a time.
Can students use your moving service?
Yes. We have a plan for students and people living alone. Tell us how much you have to move and we will send a quote.
