Pickup and buy-back

Is pickup free?

It depends on the items and how many there are. Furniture and appliances we can resell may be picked up for free, or we may buy them. Send us photos and we will give you an estimate.

Which areas do you cover?

Kyoto, Osaka and Shiga prefectures. See the Service areas page for the main cities. If you are somewhere else, please ask us.

I am leaving Japan on a fixed date. Can you come in time?

Please contact us as early as you can. You can choose up to three dates for pickup. If your date is soon, please message us on chat or LINE.

Do I need to send photos?

Photos are not required, but they help us give you an accurate price quickly. You can send up to 10 photos.

Buying and holds

Can I see an item before I buy it?

Yes. If you pick it up at our shop, you can check it before you pay. Message us on chat to choose a time.

Can you hold an item for me?

Use the "Request a hold" button on the item page. Your hold is confirmed when we check the item and contact you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within Kyoto, Osaka and Shiga. The fee depends on the area. You can see it in the hold request form.

What do the condition grades (S, A, B, C) mean?

S: almost like new. A: no noticeable scratches. B: shows signs of use. C: has scratches or marks. Feel free to ask us about any item on chat.

Moving

Can students use your moving service?

Yes. We have a plan for students and people living alone. Tell us how much you have to move and we will send a quote.

Can you take items I do not need when I move?

Yes. Choose "I also have items to get rid of" in the quote form, and we will plan the move and the pickup together.

Payment

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash or with PayPay, when you receive the item or when the job is done.
